As Director, Operations, Keiran reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer managing a team responsible for Operational activities across new business, collections and complaints.

Keiran brings extensive knowledge of operational processes, systems and customer support to his current role. Joining in 2008, Keiran was a Property Risk Analyst before making the transition to Operations in 2012 and has performed a number of roles across Operations including Underwriting Leader and Loss Management Leader.

Before joining Helia, Keiran worked as a Property Valuer conducting valuations across the residential, commercial and industrial sector across Sydney metro and Regional New South Wales.

As Business Owner for Operations at Helia, Chris is responsible for operational delivery across the LMI lifecycle with a focus on operational excellence.

With over 15 years of industry experience, including overseas home lending expertise and multiple operational leadership roles, Chris brings a customer-centric and holistic approach to operations.
