I’ve been with Helia for over three years now and in that time I’ve worked with some truly amazing people right across the business. Working at Helia
Graduate and internship opportunities.
Helia is committed to providing graduate and internship programs that help current and graduating university students launch their careers.
Since 2012, our programs have supported graduates and interns across finance, technology, operations, product and marketing, giving them the opportunity to do meaningful work that adds real value while enabling people to kickstart their careers.
Our program includes:
Onboarding and ongoing support - new starters connect with each other, learn about Helia, meet senior leaders and are paired with a buddy from the business
Lunch and learn sessions - informal sessions covering relevant topics such as presentation skills and insights into the insurance industry, while connecting with colleagues
Social opportunities - including monthly drinks, team offsites, group lunches and events such as Diwali and Family Fun Day.
I commenced working with Helia in early 2022 as a Marketing Intern through Helia's internship program. The opportunity to work in the business on real marketing initiatives including 'it's my home' (annual lifestyle magazine) and the rebranding project has been beyond amazing. I would not have been given these opportunities so early in my career. I have now been permanently appointed to the role of Marketing Specialist. I couldn't be more excited.
